Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Civil Draftsman Architect at Third Part Payroll located in Noida. As a Civil Draftsman Architect, you will be responsible for creating architectural drawings and plans, collaborating with engineers and designers, and ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other architectural drafting software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Experience in Petrol pump and/or resturant design preferred.
- Experience in architectural drafting and design
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Degree in Architecture or a related field
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Experience with 3D modeling software is a plus
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles is a plus.
- With Good AutoCAD speed and commands fresher are welcome.
