About you:
We are looking for an experienced City Operations Manager. The Operations Manager role is mainly to implement the right processes and practices across the organization. The specific duties of an operations Manager include formulating strategy, improving performance, procuring material and resources and securing compliance. You should be ready to mentor your team members, find ways to increase quality of customer service and implement best practices across all levels.
Role and Responsibilities:
1. Lead a team of store managers in Kolkata towards effective collaboration and running
the smooth store operations.
2. Set standards and objectives for different stores
3. Optimize and oversee operations to ensure efficiency
4. Building Team capability
5. Driving the Store Metrics and reviewing with the teams in weekly and monthly meetings.
6. Formulate Reports - Cost Analysis, Daily Sales Report, Expense Statement, Daily / Weekly
/ Monthly Profit and Loss to determine the action required.
7. Meeting store and business goals by mentoring, training, motivating and providing
feedback to the store management teams.
8. Ensure compliance with policies and procedures in every store
9. Management of Inventory at stores/processing unit to reduce wastages.
