About us:

Subko is committed to an ideal: to help reimagine, re-design. and re-invent an

unlikely origin-the Indian Subcontinent--as a legitimate contributor to the global

specialty coffee, craft baking and pod-to-bar chocolate making movements. Only

raw materials enter Subko's facilities: all of the coffee, bakehouse and cacao

products are crafted from scratch, in house. From crop to cup, pod to bar, and farm

to table. We aim to provide a detailed, high quality coffee, bake and chocolate

experience to all our guests.

Title: City Manager (Delhi)

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the entire operations for multiple outlets in Delhi.
  • Should have handled multiple outlets.
  • Deliver superior guest services.
  • Ensure to have optimum guest satisfaction.
  • Plan and develop guest loyalty programs.
  • Coordinate in executing new and updating existing menus.
  • Plan and develop the overall restaurant marketing strategy.
  • Participate at local food events.
  • Respond efficiently and resolve customer queries and grievances.
  • Organize and supervise shifts.
  • Manage and lead staff.
  • Hire new employees.
  • Evaluate staff performance.
  • Staff training.
  • Estimate consumption, forecast requirements and maintain inventory.
  • Manage outlet supplies.
  • Control costs and minimize wastages.
  • Develop and implement strategies for a positive work environment.
  • Monitor operations, do a gap analysis and initiate corrective measures to eliminate the gaps.
  • Implement innovative strategies to improve productivity and sales.
  • Ensuring effective vendor relationships for smooth supplies of materials
  • to the outlets. Define and implement strategies and measures to scale up Sales.
  • Responsible for regular and timely QC programs
  • Liaise with all government bodies and ensure all statutory compliance is done and followed accurately.

Skills Required:

  • Should possess a total relevant experience of 6-8 years.
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in handling multiple outlets.
  • Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality operations.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Hand on expertise with Microsoft Office tools.
  • Able to work under pressure and multi-task.
  • Team handling skills.
