Job Description:
Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and driven City Lead - Property Acquisition to join our team at Spacekraft. The ideal candidate will have up to 3 years of experience, preferably in the real estate industry. The primary responsibility of this role is to identify, acquire, and manage a portfolio of retail and commercial properties suitable for short-term rentals. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to promote acquired properties.
Prepare and present regular reports on property acquisition activities and performance metrics.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
Up to 3 years of experience in property acquisition, real estate, or a related field.
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Immediate joiner preferred.
