Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business objectives and drive growth within the city.
Oversee day-to-day operations, including space management, customer service, and vendor management.
Identify opportunities for business expansion, partnerships, and collaborations to increase market presence and revenue.
Build and lead a high-performing team, including hiring, training, and performance management.
Cultivate strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Manage budgets, expenses, and financial performance to ensure profitability and eGiciency, including effectively managing the profit and loss (P&L) for the city.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies to promote company's brand and services in the city.
Source supply and collaborate with coworking managed office partners to onboard them onto the Company's platform, providing support and guidance throughout the onboarding process.
Engage in business development activities to identify new opportunities and help organizations in acquiring new customers.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in real estate, business development, or related fields.
Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals.
Proven ability to think strategically, analyze market trends, and develop actionable plans to drive business growth.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make decisions quickly and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
