nAbout the Role

n

• nManaging the strategy for and execution of driver lifecycle events from sourcing to offboarding

n

• nBuilding and managing a team to build processes for and manage driver lifecycle and performancen

• Handling escalations and managing conflict resolutions with our customers

n

• nPlanning, processing, and executing approved vehicle purchases through our partner OEMs.

n

• nEnsuring fleet operations are in compliance with local and state rules and regulations.

n

• nFinding ways to cut costs and maximise profits.

n

• nSupporting operational driver safety and compliance

n

• nContributing to the budgeting process from a Fleet Operations perspective.

n

• nLiaising with peers within the region & company to share knowledge and optimise operations.

n

• nMonitoring driver behaviour and ensuring a high level of customer service.

n

• nAnalysing data to increase business operational efficiency.

n

• nLead deployment and quality of supply chain (i.e. Moove Driver-partners)

n

• nCollaborate with marketing teams to initiate creative local strategies and user growth campaigns

n

• nRecommend improvements to the product models to ensure that products are affordable and attractive to our driver partnersn

• Focus the team on ensuring DPs hit their KPIs

What You'll be Doingn

• Preferred degree in Logistics or Mechanical Engineering or Management or on the job experience.

n

• nIdeally 6+ years of similar experience in logistics or supply functions in startups

n

• nCandidates must have excellent communication skills

n

• nCandidates must have strong negotiation skills

n

• nOutstanding organisational skills.

n

• nAnalytical mindset and good problem-solving skills.

n

• nCandidates will be subject to analytical test prior to interviews
