nAbout the Role
nManaging the strategy for and execution of driver lifecycle events from sourcing to offboarding
nBuilding and managing a team to build processes for and manage driver lifecycle and performancen
Handling escalations and managing conflict resolutions with our customers
nPlanning, processing, and executing approved vehicle purchases through our partner OEMs.
nEnsuring fleet operations are in compliance with local and state rules and regulations.
nFinding ways to cut costs and maximise profits.
nSupporting operational driver safety and compliance
nContributing to the budgeting process from a Fleet Operations perspective.
nLiaising with peers within the region & company to share knowledge and optimise operations.
nMonitoring driver behaviour and ensuring a high level of customer service.
nAnalysing data to increase business operational efficiency.
nLead deployment and quality of supply chain (i.e. Moove Driver-partners)
nCollaborate with marketing teams to initiate creative local strategies and user growth campaigns
nRecommend improvements to the product models to ensure that products are affordable and attractive to our driver partnersn
Focus the team on ensuring DPs hit their KPIs

What You'll be Doingn
Preferred degree in Logistics or Mechanical Engineering or Management or on the job experience.
nIdeally 6+ years of similar experience in logistics or supply functions in startups
nCandidates must have excellent communication skills
nCandidates must have strong negotiation skills
nOutstanding organisational skills.
nAnalytical mindset and good problem-solving skills.
nCandidates will be subject to analytical test prior to interviews
nCandidates must be tech-savvy and datacentric.
