Citrix Engineer

Citrix Engineer | 6 Month Contract | Fully Remote

Pearson Carter are working with a global systems integrator and digital transformation provider. They focus on providing innovative digital, hybrid, and security solutions to large organizations across the U.S., Europe, and Asia.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support onsite to Applications and Systems and appropriate project specifications.
• Responsible for efforts to merge legacy Citrix environments.
• Upgrading of existing environments to current releases.
• Providing day to day support of the Citrix environment.
• Any other Citrix related projects.
• Management of hosted shared desktops as well as VDI.
• Monitor the availability and performance of supported applications. Review system and application logs.
• Lead periodic maintenance activities for the site related to application and OS patching activities.
• Perform problem management analysis and activities.
• Triage issues and escalate it to other internal IT groups and IT Development teams as needed.
• Manage proper system documentation and regularly review and maintain the IT knowledge base to improve overall customer experience.

Experience:

• 10+ years experience working with Citrix
• Hands on experience providing day to day support of Citrix environment

Dublin Time Zone - Fully Remote
