Responsibilities :
- Deployment, management, and support Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop, Citrix clients, StoreFront, Netscaler, Provisioning Services, Citrix Profile Management, Citrix Access Gateway, MS RDS licenses, and monitoring tools in an enterprise wide global environment, on premise or on cloud. - Manages, maintains, supports, troubleshoots, and optimizes any Citrix solution presently in place while making suggestion and improvement - Defines product/solution strategy and roadmap - Works closely with service delivery and operations to ensure quality, standards and goals are met - Upgrade, patch, and migrate Citrix components as required - Citrix Receiver/Workspace endpoint troubleshooting and management - Add, remove, and upgrade servers in Citrix environments - Manages/maintains relationships with partners/vendors, including vendor product license/support agreements - Establishes and defines automated system installation/configuration procedures - Continually monitor the health of the systems infrastructure, respond quickly to problems, and proactively troubleshoot irregularities before they become service-impacting issues (including performance tuning) - Develop internal documentation and procedures related to the systems infrastructure - Maintains knowledge base for all implementations on best practice procedures for Citrix and related infrastructures - Windows Servers administration, Active Directory (managing Users, Groups, OU objects, and group policies), managing shared folders, including setting up folder permissions, PowerShell scripting - Perform proactive research and take steps to ensure stable environment operation.
