Job Description :
- Handle Escalations from L1/Junior team member
- L2/L3 support for Cisco CUCM and Cisco Unity
- L2/L3 support for NICE call recording system.
- L2/L3 Support for Cisco Contact center related issues
- Monitor system performance metrics, event logs, and resource utilization.
- Provide timely troubleshooting and technical support for call recording related incidents
- Resolve issues related to application crashes, system errors, and performance degradation.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation of system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps
- Vendor communication with Voice Carrier Network for Carrier issues and service requests.
- Physical Onsite Support for end devices (Phones)
