We are seeking an experienced CCNA Trainer to join our training team. As a CCNA Trainer at Cybrom Technologies, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering comprehensive CCNA training programs to our students with essential networking skills. You will play a crucial role in enhancing technical expertise and ensuring proficiency in Cisco networking technologies.
Develop and update training materials, manuals, and presentations .
- Design and deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and courses on Cisco networking concepts, technologies, and best practices.
Conduct assessments and provide constructive feedback to trainees to ensure understanding and retention of course material.- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to customize training programs based on organizational needs and requirements.
Stay updated with industry trends, Cisco certification updates, and networking technologies to incorporate relevant content into training.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions through feedback and performance metrics.
Proven work experience as a CCNA Trainer or similar role, with 2-5 years of experience.
In-depth knowledge of Cisco networking technologies, including routing, switching, security, and wireless.
Cisco CCNA certification (CCNA Routing and Switching or equivalent) required; additional Cisco certifications (CCNP, CCIE) preferred.
Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and concisely.
Experience in developing training materials and delivering instructor-led training sessions.
Ability to adapt training content to different learning styles and technical backgrounds.
Familiarity with virtual training platforms and e-learning tools is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
Passion for teaching and mentoring others to develop their technical skills.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
