Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a CIBIL Outcalling. This is a full-time position based in Thane, Maharashtra, India. As a CIBIL Outcalling, you will be responsible for contacting customers to discuss and resolve CIBIL-related issues. This is an entry-level role suitable for candidates with less than 1 year of experience.

Qualifications and Skills

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers

• Basic knowledge of CIBIL and credit reporting processes
