8HRS DUTY + OT

Job Description

Take the daily inventory of available products.
Train, monitor, and coach performance of all sales and service staff.
Move stock into, out of, and around the work center.
Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, faxing etc.
Maintain safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Manage wait time and create an inviting atmosphere that will also create a great work environment.
Inform clients and staff of all products available for retail purchase when appropriate.
Provide cleaning and basic maintenance to equipment if needed.
Escalate customer complaints to the site manager when appropriate.
Monitor daily, weekly or monthly facility maintenance of equipment/machinery.
Work safely and report safety or maintenance issues to management.
Handle administrative tasks including inventory and reporting.
Answer phones, book appointments, sell memberships, gift cards and upgrades.
