Pay: 8000 Rs Per Month ( 5 Hours Per Day)
Overview: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Child educator for 2 year child to come to our house. Your responsibility will to oversee all educational /learing/physical activities of the child from 9am-2pm 6 days a week.
Location is sector 70 Mohali for one month. Then the timings will be from 4pm to 9pm
Mode of Communication with Child : ENGLISH ONLY
Key Responsibilities
Plan Activities and Learning Material
- Design and implement developmentally appropriate educational activities that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical growth.
- Plan daily activities that include literacy, numeracy, arts, music, and physical education.
Child Development:
- Monitor and assess each child's development and provide individualized attention as needed.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity and learning.
- Support childs social skills and emotional regulation through activities and one-on-one interactions.
Health and Safety:
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all child in care.
- Teach and reinforce personal hygiene practices, such as handwashing and brushing teeth.
- Maintain a clean and organized play/learning environment.
Parent and Family Engagement:
- Provide resources and suggestions for activities to support learning and development at home.
Professional Development:
- Stay current with early childhood education best practices and trends.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share ideas and strategies for effective teaching.
Qualifications
Education:
- Degree or diploma in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Certification in Early Childhood Education (as required by your state/country).
Experience:
- Previous experience working with young children in an educational setting.
- Knowledge of child development principles and practices.
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to create a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment.
- Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with young children.
Working Conditions
- Physical demands include lifting children, sitting on the floor, and participating in active play.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends..
