We are seeking a Domain Expert in Child Psychology to drive research initiatives and support the development of a cutting-edge product aimed at enhancing children's psychological well-being and development. This role requires a strong foundation in child psychology, with a specific focus on developmental psychology and behavioural science.
Key Responsibilities: -
- Conduct research to validate psychological development concepts/principles and their applications
- Collaborate with product development teams to design and deploy various tools, including interactive content, games, and assessments tailored for children's psychological development
- Utilize knowledge of child psychology to enhance understanding of children's emotional and behavioural processes through the deployed product.
- Engage with stakeholders to document feedback from users and incorporate product strategies effectively.
Requirements: -
- M.A./M.Sc. in Child Psychology, Developmental Psychology, or a related field
- Proven research experience in child psychology, with publications or projects that demonstrate expertise
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams
- Previous experience in technology-driven projects within child psychology is preferred. Performance Expectations:
