### **Job Summary**
The CTO will be responsible for overseeing all technical aspects of the company. This role will drive the company's technological development, ensuring that our technology strategy serves the business's overall strategy. The CTO will be a key member of the executive team, contributing to the company's vision and strategy to become a public listed company.
### **Key Responsibilities**
- **Technology Strategy:** Develop and implement a technology strategy that aligns with the company's business goals and objectives.
- **Leadership:** Lead and manage the technology team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- **Product Development:** Oversee the development and implementation of new technology products and services, ensuring they meet market needs and quality standards.
- **Infrastructure Management:** Ensure the company's IT infrastructure is robust, secure, and scalable to support current and future business needs.
- **Innovation:** Drive technological innovation and identify opportunities for leveraging new technologies to enhance business performance.
- **Vendor Management:** Manage relationships with external technology partners and vendors to ensure effective delivery of services and solutions.
- **Budget Management:** Develop and manage the technology budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- **Compliance and Security:** Ensure all technology practices adhere to regulatory standards and cybersecurity protocols.
- **Stakeholder Engagement:** Collaborate with other executives and stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technology solutions.
### **Qualifications**
- **Education:** Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- **Experience:** Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior technology leadership role, preferably in the industrial or B2B retail sector.
- **Skills:**
- Strong understanding of technology trends and their impact on business strategy.
- Proven track record of leading technology teams and managing large-scale projects.
- Excellent problem-solving, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Experience with cloud computing, cybersecurity, data analytics, and enterprise systems.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- **Must-Have Skills:**
- Core Expertise in SAP S/4HANA for enterprise resource planning.
- Basic Proficiency in Salesforce for customer relationship management.
- Knowledge of AI technologies and their applications in business.
- Knowledge of BI Tools and their applications in business.
