Role Overview:

As the Chief Technology Officer, you will be responsible for driving the technological vision, strategy, and execution of our platform. You will lead a team of talented engineers and developers to build robust, scalable, and secure solutions that meet the evolving needs of our users and support our growth trajectory. Working with the CEO and CFO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our product roadmap, driving innovation, and ensuring technical excellence across all aspects of our technology stack.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the company's overall technology strategy, in alignment with the business objectives and long-term vision.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team of engineers and developers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
• Drive the development and implementation of scalable and secure software solutions, utilizing the latest technologies and best practices.
• Oversee the architecture, design, and development of our platform, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and operations, to deliver high-quality solutions that meet user needs and business requirements.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, and incorporate them into our technical roadmap and strategy.
• Manage the technology budget, resource allocation, and vendor relationships, optimizing efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and security protocols, maintaining the highest standards of data privacy and security.
