The Role:
As the CTO at Halliv, you will be responsible for leading our technology team, managing the technical development of the platform, and ensuring that our architecture scales effectively as we grow. You'll work closely with the executive team to align technology strategies with business goals, while innovating and improving the product. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the technical vision, strategy, and architecture for the platform.
- Oversee all aspects of technology development, from backend infrastructure to frontend design.
- Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance for streaming services across a large user base.
- Manage and grow the engineering team to support product development and ongoing operations.
- Collaborate with the CEO and other stakeholders to align technology with business objectives.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure competitive advantage.
- Ensure patent-protected technologies are properly integrated and leveraged in the platform.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience as a CTO, Senior Engineer, or Technical Lead, preferably in the streaming, media, or entertainment industries.
- Strong background in cloud technologies, backend infrastructure, and streaming protocols.
- Expertise in building and scaling platforms for high-traffic, large-scale applications.
- Experience with blockchain technology is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage both technical teams and stakeholder relationships.
- Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic startup environment and drive continuous innovation.
