Job Title: Chief Structures Design Expert Elevated

Mandatory- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Metro rail/railways project.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design team in the development of elevated structures projects.
- Oversee and approve structural designs, ensuring compliance with engineering standards and regulations.
- Provide expert technical guidance on complex structural issues.
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, and construction teams to ensure design feasibility and integrity.
- Conduct structural analysis and simulations to predict performance and optimize designs.
- Review and approve design calculations, drawings, and specifications.
- Ensure that design projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in structural engineering and implement best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- Postgraduate degree in Structural Engineering.
- 20+ years of total experience in civil and structural engineering.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in senior roles focusing on elevated structures with metro rail/railways projects.
- In-depth knowledge of structural design principles, materials, and construction methods.
- Proficiency in structural analysis software and design tools.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment.
