Position: Chief Security Officer

Job Description: Responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the company's assets, employees, and visitors. Develop and implement security policies and procedures, manage a team of security personnel, and collaborate with other departments for a safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement security policies and procedures.
- Conduct risk assessments and identify potential threats.
- Monitor and analyze security systems.
- Manage and train security personnel.
- Collaborate with other departments.
- Conduct investigations and recommend improvements.
- Maintain relationships with law enforcement.
- Manage the security budget.

- Prepare security reports for senior management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- 10-15 years of experience in security management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Armed forces or Central Police/Military Force experience highly desirable.
- Knowledge of security protocols and best practices.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Quick decision-making and emergency handling.
- Proficient in security systems and software.
- Strong communication and report writing skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Flexible hours and on-call availability.
