We are hiring for Chief People Officer

Position Location: Goa, At the Headquarters

Budget: Upto 23 LPA

Key Interactions :

1. Primary: HR Heads of Business Divisions, CPO's Office, CEO, CxOs
2. Other significant Interactions: Chairman, Board, Industry Bodies, Govt Agencies, Outside Experts

Reportees:

HR Manager, (2 HR assistants and 2 HR trainees)

The Candidate should have or be :

Key Skills :

1. Functional:

• Ability to design, install & oversee HR Strategy & Implementation
• Ability to design, install & oversee HR Processes & Systems
• Ability to understand & analyse the macro business environment and draw insights on potential organizational impact & requirements.
• Ability to influence & persuade people individually & in groups, exude adequate executive presence & charisma.
• Ability to build an organizational culture in a scientific & systematic manner.
• Ability to ensure collection & collation, analysis of various kinds of HR Data, devise ideas & solutions and effectively communicate with the leadership.

Leadership skills that are a balance between Adhering and creating, ability to build bonds with all key stakeholders, should position himself as a business leader creating mutually interlinked relationships between stakeholders.

• Brilliant Communication Ability, Conversant with at least two languages besides English.

Education : Graduate with desirable Post Graduation (MBA )from an institute of repute

Experience : 12+ years of work experience in Medium to Large sized businesses with at least 10+ in the HR Function. It would be preferred if the candidate has established a new HR setup from the scratch or been through a scaling experience in the past.

Industry exposure : Light or Medium Engineering, Manufacturing or Process Industries,
