Teleradiology Solutions was founded in 2002 by two Yale University-trained physicians. We provide teleradiology services (i.e. CT, MRI, X-ray, Ultrasound, Nuclear medicine, and Echocardiograms) to over 150 hospitals in 21 countries globally including the United States. We are pleased to introduce ourselves as a large and growing Teleradiology group with an active academic focus (www.radguru.net) and a research interest in several areas, including AI in radiology. Telerad Tech is an affiliate company of Teleradiology Solutions. We have developed a cutting-edge radiology workflow platform RADSpa, which optimizes the efficiency and productivity of radiologists by delivering images anywhere anytime. CardioSpa, which enables tele-ECG and tele-echo, does the same for cardiologists. The company has all the products needed for a group interested in a telehealth solution from Teleradiology to telemedicine video consults. Visit us at www.teleradtech.com

Job Outline: As the Chief Operations Officer (COO) of Teleradiology Solutions, the role encompasses overseeing and managing various operational aspects of the organization. The primary responsibilities involve ensuring smooth and efficient operations, optimizing processes, and aligning them with the company's strategic goals.

Purpose: The Chief Operations Officer (COO) is responsible for the organization's ongoing operations, Operations growth strategy, performance and execution plan for the growth. Build a diverse, motivated and collaborative team that takes the organization to global scale and level. The position will manage a team size of 200-250 people

Operations Management and Service Delivery

  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute the company's strategic plans, including short-term and long-term goals. Provide input on operational feasibility, scalability, and potential growth opportunities.
  • Increase operational effectiveness globally by communicating values, develop operational strategic initiatives, assigning accountabilities, planning, monitoring and appraising the outcomes.
  • Find innovative ways to leverage data and technology to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure team performance exceeds stated targets on KPIs viz., productivity, Turnaround Time, accuracy and coverage and will drive to improve the same on a continuous basis.
  • Create and drive KRAs for the team which aligns delivery with organizational goals & objectives.
  • Workflow Optimization: Analyze and improve the end-to-end workflow of teleradiology services, from image acquisition to report delivery. Collaborate with IT teams to enhance technology platforms, develop efficient data management systems, and implement automation solutions.

Financial Management

  • Drive company growth for both operational and financial outcomes by owning Capex & Opex.

Performance & People Management

  • Oversight of key MIS and dashboards with timely interventions to keep company on track.
  • Continuously review performance reports for the Project, Operations, Sales and Marketing leads.
  • Creating a work environment in which employees are committed to their organization, feel pride and job ownership.
  • Formulate, execute, monitor, assess and recalibrate motivation plans for enhanced employee morale and appropriate reward systems.
  • Motivate staff, create a work environment that facilitates teamwork and open communication.

Relationships

  • Building strategic alliances and partnerships with the different teams to collaboratively execute business strategies.
  • Build relationships with key contacts across the global clients and radiologists for smooth functioning of the business / work flow.
  • Strong relationship with her/his core Operations team to drive organizational goals and objectives

Desired Qualification:

  • Bachelor's / Master's degree in business or healthcare
  • MBA from Tier -1 University /Institute
  • Any graduate or (MBA ) with 20+ years of relevant experience

Skills and experience:

  • Global professional exposure / Global healthcare experience
  • Understand regulatory compliances
  • Ability to connect and engage with clinical teams
