The company is building is marque client base in these industries who are poised to grow exponentially in the next few years. The company's target customer base is EU, North America and APAC.

Today, the company is building its technology and delivery team in India. In the next few months the company will develop and launch services in data and analytics space leveraging on cloud technologies. The company will also offer cloud-based customized workflow solutions to its clients.

About the Founders

The first founder is based in Switzerland for over 20 years and is an alumnus of Indian School of Business (ISB), Hyderabad. He also holds MBBS degree from the prestigious G.S Medical College and KEM Hospital, Mumbai. He has over 25 years of senior executive experience at Mckinsey & Co., Novartis, Medtronics, Bayer and Publicis Sapient.

The second founder has recently relocated to India after having spent over 16 years in London and Singapore. He is also an alumnus of Indian School of Business (ISB), Hyderabad. He also holds an Engineer Degree in Computer Science from University of Mumbai. He has over 20 years of senior executive experience at Accenture, Reuters, Refinitiv and London Stock Exchange Group.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for a Chief of Technology at NewRhein Solutions. The Chief of Technology will be responsible for leading the technology team and driving innovation to meet the company's strategic goals. The role will oversee the development and implementation of technology solutions, manage a team of technology professionals, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

Qualifications

• Mandatory minimum 15 years of experience with at least 10 years in a senior technology leadership role
• Only candidates with bachelor's degree in Engineering from IIT/NIT/IISc/BITS will be considered
• Master's degree from IIT/IIM/ISB
• Strong understanding of AI/ML and developing solutions leveraging multiple cloud GCP/AWS/Azure is a must
• Prior experience in delivering data & analytics solutions leveraging cloud technology is a mandatory
• Demonstrated expertise as a delivery head managing multiple projects is a must
• Excellent knowledge of software development methodologies and practices
• Ability to drive innovation and foster a culture of continuous improvement
• Strong leadership and communication skills

Compensation

• Fixed: INR 75 lacs
• Variable: INR 15 lacs
