Company Overview:

We are a digital marketing agency based in India, founded by two experienced entrepreneurs. Our agency provides comprehensive digital marketing solutions to businesses across various industries, including SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and content marketing.

Job Summary:

As the Chief of Staff for our digital marketing agency, you will be responsible for ensuring effective communication and collaboration between the co-founders and the entire organization. You will also work to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency to support the growth of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact and liaison between the co-founders and the rest of the organization.

Support the co-founders in developing and executing strategic initiatives to drive the growth of the company.

Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners.

Identify areas for process improvement and lead initiatives to streamline operations.

Collaborate with other members of the leadership team to ensure effective communication and coordination across departments.

Manage special projects as assigned by the co-founders.

Participate in regular leadership meetings and provide insights and recommendations to drive the success of the company.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in a leadership or management role.

Experience in the digital marketing industry preferred.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.

Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
