Job Description

The Chief of Staff will play a pivotal role in supporting the CEO and ensuring the smooth operation of Datoms. This individual will act as a trusted advisor, providing strategic and operational support to the executive team. The Chief of Staff will be responsible for streamlining processes, fostering effective communication across the organization, and driving key initiatives to enhance organizational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Executive Support:
  • Assist the CEO in managing daily operations, prioritizing tasks, and making informed decisions by providing insights and recommendations.
  • Prepare briefing materials, reports, and presentations for the CEO.
  • Manage the CEO's schedule, prioritizing meetings and engagements.
  • Strategic Planning and Execution:
  • Assist the CEO in developing and implementing strategic initiatives.
  • Oversee special projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Monitor progress and provide regular updates on key initiatives.
  • Operational Efficiency:
  • Develop and streamline processes using various software tools to improve organizational efficiency and effectiveness
  • Identify and address operational challenges and bottlenecks.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Leadership and Management:
  • Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal team members, ensuring clear and consistent communication across all levels of the organization.
  • Lead and mentor cross-functional teams on key projects.
  • Represent the CEO in meetings and communications as needed.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.
  • Coordinate and manage executive communications.
  • Ensure stakeholder alignment with company objectives.
  • Board and Investor Relations:
  • Assist in preparing materials for board meetings and investor presentations.
  • Manage follow-up actions from board meetings.
  • Ensure timely and accurate communication with board members and investors.

Qualifications

  • Masters's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a strategic or executive management role.
  • Experience in start-up environment will be preferable
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects and driving organizational success
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
