About the role
:The Chief of Staff will be a key strategic partner to the CEO, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the company by building, implementing, and managing various high impact projects. This role will oversee the tracking of company-wide progress, ensuring alignment across all departments, and facilitating effective communication of performance through regular reports

Key Responsibilitie
s:1. Leading the operating syst
em- Lead the development and execution of the company's AOP and Goal setting process, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goal
s.- Collaborate with department heads to define quarterly and annual OKRs, ensuring they are measurable and aligned with the company's overall objective
s.- Track progress against OKRs, identify potential roadblocks, and work with teams to develop action plans to address any issue
s.2. Operational Excellenc
e:- Design, implement, and manage the operating framework, ensuring that processes and workflows are optimised for efficienc
y.- Monitor the execution of the company's strategic initiatives and provide regular updates to the CEO and leadership tea
m.- Identify opportunities for process improvement and work with cross-functional teams to implement change
s.3. Strategic Initiatives and Project
s:- Act as the CEO's right-hand person in driving key strategic projects and initiatives across the compan
y.- Work closely with the CEO to prioritize, plan, and execute special projects that align with the company's long-term goal
s.- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and communication to ensure project succes
s.4. Leadership and Communicatio
n:- Support the CEO in preparing for leadership meetings, including developing agendas, facilitating discussions, and ensuring follow-up on action item
