Job Description
5 years executive level experience with a strong business acumen
Should be good with Financial Analysis, Financial Modelling
Impeccable managerial and interpersonal skills
Proven track record of effectively interacting with CXOs and
Senior Management and acting as their Adviser
Assist the CEO in facilitating effective decision-making
Driving strategic initiatives along with Founders.
Identifying emerging business opportunities where
organisations need to invest.
Participate in regular meetings with the Director of HR to
discuss potential staffing issues
Assess inquiries directed to the CEO, determine the proper
course of action and delegate to the appropriate individual
to manage
Ensure all staff issues are addressed properly, efficiently and
judiciously, and keep track of progress until resolved
Ability to work strategically and collaboratively across
departments
