Job Overview:
Markivis is looking for a dynamic and experienced Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) with a background in B2B marketing to lead our marketing and sales efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of owning the Marketing function in a Digital marketing agency, IT/ITES companies or SaaS-based organizations, and demonstrate expertise in driving both organic and paid marketing campaigns. This role will require a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with responsibility for overseeing digital platforms, content creation, lead generation, and social media management.
- Lead and manage the sales and marketing strategy for Markivis.
- Design and execute organic and paid marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and generate leads.
- Collaborate closely with the team to convert leads into clients and achieve business growth targets.
- Manage and maintain the Markivis website, ensuring it is up-to-date and aligned with brand standards.
- Regularly update blogs and case studies to engage the audience and improve SEO performance.
- Create and manage interactive tools and resources such as eBooks, ensuring these assets are easily accessible on the website.
- Create, curate, and update content across various platforms, including websites, blogs, case studies, and social media.
- Develop and execute a monthly content calendar that supports SEO optimization and lead generation.
- Manage daily updates across all social media platforms to ensure consistent brand messaging and engagement.
- Monitor social media performance and optimize strategies to improve reach and engagement.
- Create and distribute newsletters to clients and prospects regularly.
- Develop strategies to nurture leads and maintain communication with existing clients.
- Plan and execute webinars focused on Employer Branding and other relevant industry topics.
- Oversee other properties like AOEBP (Association of Employer Branding Professionals) to drive community engagement.
- Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline processes and improve campaign effectiveness.
- Optimize all marketing efforts for SEO, and WordPress proficiency is a plus.
- Respond to RFPs and collaborate with the team to create winning proposals
Requirements:
- 7-8 years of experience in a B2B agency, IT/ITES company, or SaaS-based organization.
- Proven experience in managing and executing successful marketing and sales strategies.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with both internal and external stakeholders effectively.
- Proficiency in SEO and experience with WordPress would be a plus.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools.
- Experience in content creation, social media management, and client outreach.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Self-starter with a high level of ownership and the ability to do more with less.
