This position is takes the lead role to be eye of management for projects in terms project timeline, cost, quality and coordinates with all concerned faculties in project management
Dimensions
Principal Accountabilities- Analyzing Projects in details as to: Timeline, Budget, Forecasting, expediting
- Preparing Projects schedule, Pre-planning and resource forecasting
- Dealing with the consultants for execution so as to complete the projects within deadline
- Prepare TBA (Technical Bid Analysis) for equipment
- Ensuring Projects delivery on time within scope and budget
- Continuous monitoring of the site to check execution as per the planned stages
- Budget preparation, Job Scope preparation, technical evaluation, Rolling of Contracts for one time/ AMCs, OEM services
- Prepare schedule in MS Projects (Engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning) to Projects (Green and Brown fields)
- Prepare CAPEX, costing sheet for projects
- Review of risk/hazards for different activities and prepare JSA
- Ensuring Projects documentations and its retrieval
- Provide mechanical design input to the project engineering team for the basic engineering & detailed engineering
- Prepare Project Execution Plan (PEP) which should include,
- Integration of HSE aspects in to execution plan
- Integrating details of civil, mechanical, piping, Electrical & Instrumentation
- Work break down
- Schedule (gross & detailed)
- Execution methodology
- Extract MTO from the basic documents: P&ID, Equipment lay out & piping Lay out
