- Market research: Conduct through market research to identify emerging trends, market developments, and new business opportunities
- Competitor benchmarking: Undertake periodic benchmarking and analysis (operational, financial, market movement, market drivers) of competitors for power transmission & RE business
- Stakeholder management- inputs on internal and external engagements of the MD (speaker sessions, representations, townhalls, social media internal board reviews)
- Prepare briefing documents for MD's meeting with industry players and investors
Strategy and Growth:
- Identify and assess potential growth avenues for businesses- market sizing, attractiveness, ecosystem analysis, critical ratios, market valuations, international case studies, etc.
- Evaluate potential partnerships, joint ventures and strategic alliances to enhance the company's market position
- Undertake deep-dives or research assignments as per functional priorities
Business Performance Monitoring:
- Analyze key business performance metrics to identify areas of improvement, cost savings and opportunity for increased efficiency
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPI) that support strategic objectives.
- Provide actional insights and recommendations to the MD based on data- driven analysis
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, while ensuring the closure of discussions and action-items from review / strategy / leadership meetings.
