Chief manager/ AVP -Business Support

Job Description:

1. To understand and comprehend the lending business objectives.

2. To create / build a detailed analysis around the business and month on month reports.

3. Get involved in market research and drive process improvements.

4. Should have worked in Business operations, incentive rollouts, contest roll outs & manage all the communication at branch/cluster level.

5. Should be able to produce various Productivity Analysis reports.

6. To be able to have proficiency in MIS Management

7. Should be able to work in dynamic environment.

8. Play a key role in supporting new technology and new product launches coordinating with teams ensure proper setup, operations, and success of the launches.

Experience: 5-7 years of experience

Industry: Leading Banks or NBFCs; exceptional profiles from other Financial Domains can be considered

Minimum Requirements:

1. Engineering or MBA background with understanding minimum mid-level proficiency in MS-Excel and Power Point.

2. Ability to read and analyze data and derive conclusions from the same.

3. Should be a great communicator and team player.

4. Should be able to handle 3-4 team members.

Location - Company HQ at Goregaon (E), Mumbai. No other locations to be considered.
