Position: Chief Human Resources Officer
Location: Greater Noida
Key Responsibilities:
1. Leadership and Strategy:
Lead the HR team for all the plants , providing strategic direction and guidance.
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business
strategy.
Serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, contributing to the company's
strategic planning and decision-making processes.
Align all human resource activities towards achieving company goals and targets.
2. Work Environment and Culture:
Create and maintain a positive work environment that fosters employee engagement,
satisfaction, and productivity.
Promote and sustain a strong company culture that supports the organization's values and
mission.
Implement initiatives to enhance employee morale, motivation, and retention.
3. Talent Management:
Oversee the recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent.
Develop and implement talent management strategies, including succession planning, career
development, and leadership development programs.
Conduct performance evaluations and implement performance management systems to ensure
accountability and high performance.
4. Training and Development:
Identify training needs and develop comprehensive training and development programs to
enhance employee skills and competencies.
Ensure continuous learning and development opportunities are available for all employees.
5. Employee Relations and Compliance:
Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and
grievance handling.
Ensure compliance with all labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
Oversee HR audits and maintain up-to-date records of all HR activities.
6. Compensation and Benefits:
Design and implement competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain
employees.
Conduct regular benchmarking and analysis to ensure compensation and benefits remain
competitive and aligned with industry standards.
7. HR Operations and Efficiency:
Oversee HR operations, including payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS management.
Implement HR best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance HR
efficiency and effectiveness.
Develop and manage the HR budget, ensuring cost-effective utilization of resources.
8. Change Management:
Lead change management initiatives to support organizational growth and transformation.
Communicate and manage the impact of change on employees and the organization as a whole.
9. Health, Safety, and Wellbeing:
Promote and ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
Implement health and wellbeing programs to support employee wellness.
Requirements and Skills:
Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior
leadership role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Proven track record of leading HR teams and driving strategic HR initiatives.
Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build strong relationships and influence at all levels of the organization.
Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
