Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Hospital Administrator at Pearl Hospital Karunagappally, located in Karunagappally. The Chief Hospital Administrator will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations and administration of the hospital, managing the staff and resources, ensuring compliance with regulations and policies, and driving continuous improvement in healthcare delivery.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Hospital Administrator or in a similar leadership role
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
- Ability to effectively collaborate with medical staff and multidisciplinary teams
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and financial performance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in Malayalam Language.
- Proficiency in computer systems and healthcare management software
- Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous quality improvement
