Job description:
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Chief Growth Officer to join our executive team. The CGO will be responsible for developing and executing growth strategies that expand our client base, increase revenue, and strengthen our market position internationally. This role requires a visionary leader with a deep understanding of the IT consulting and services industry, particularly in international markets.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Strategic Growth Planning
  • Develop Comprehensive Growth Strategies: Formulate short-term and long-term strategies to drive business growth in existing and new markets, focusing on the UAE and USA.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes in target regions.
  • Goal Setting : Establish clear, measurable objectives aligned with company goals and oversee their execution.
2. Business Development
  • Client Acquisition: Lead efforts to acquire new clients by identifying prospects, building relationships, and closing deals.
  • Partnerships and Alliances: Forge strategic partnerships with local firms, industry associations, and other stakeholders to enhance market penetration.
  • Proposal Development: Oversee the creation of compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
3. Market Expansion
  • International Outreach: Expand the company s footprint in overseas markets through targeted campaigns and initiatives.
  • Brand Positioning: Enhance brand awareness and credibility in international markets by participating in industry events and thought leadership activities.
4. Marketing and Sales Oversight
  • Integrated Marketing Strategies: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement campaigns that generate leads and build brand recognition.
  • Sales Enablement: Provide tools, resources, and training to the sales team to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
5. Leadership and Team Management
  • Build and Lead High-Performing Teams: Recruit, mentor, and manage teams across business development, sales, and marketing functions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with technical, operations, and finance teams to ensure alignment of growth objectives with overall company capabilities.
6. Financial Management
  • Budgeting: Prepare and manage budgets related to growth initiatives, ensuring optimal return on investment.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and adjust strategies as needed.
7. Client Relationship Management
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention through exceptional service delivery.
  • Feedback Loop: Implement mechanisms to capture client feedback for continuous improvement.
8. Compliance and Risk Management
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all business activities comply with international laws and regulations, particularly in the UAE and USA.
  • Risk Mitigation: Identify potential risks in market expansion and develop strategies to mitigate them.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or a related field.
  • MBA or Master s Degree is highly preferred.
Professional Experience
  • Minimum 10 Years of experience in senior leadership roles focusing on business development, sales, or marketing within the IT consulting and services industry.
  • International Market Experience: Proven track record of expanding business operations in the UAE, USA, or similar markets.
  • SME Sector Knowledge: Deep understanding of the challenges and needs of SMEs in adopting technology solutions.
