• Job Description:

Seeking a skilled Chief General Technician for our Gurugram location. You will lead a team in conducting vehicle evaluations and maintenance. Your expertise in automotive mechanics and leadership will ensure high-quality service delivery.

• Key Responsibilities:

Lead technicians in evaluating and repairing vehicles to meet quality standards.

• Perform diagnostics on mechanical, electrical, and other vehicle issues.

Mentor junior technicians and maintain accurate records of all work.

• Stay updated on industry trends and technologies for continuous improvement.

• Requirements:

10+ years of technician/mechanic experience, with 4-6 years in leadership.

• ITI/Diploma in automotive technology.

Experience in OEM-based companies like Mahindra First Choice, Maruti True Value.

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.

Valid driving license and proficiency in basic English.

• Additional Information:

Prior experience in service advising or commercial vehicles not required.
