Chief Financial Officer

The candidate should be a Chartered Accountant adept in finalization of Balance Sheet

within timeframe stipulated for listed companies. The applicant should have full

knowledge of taxation, FEMA rules and GST matters. He should be able to liaison with

Banks & Financial institutions.

The candidate should have strong leadership & organizational skills, excellent

communication skills and Analytical mind.

The candidate should be able to:

( a ) Prepare Reliable current and forecasting reports

( b ) Prepare MIS

( c ) Oversee the company's finance / accounts IT system

( d ) Make investment strategy by considering Cash and liquidity risks

( e ) Ensure compliance with law and company's policies

( f ) Treasury handling. Investment in right instruments (financial)

( g ) Control of Unit Accounts through Reporting of Unit Accounts Heads

( h ) Proficient in Usage of ERP / TALLY and other Account Software of Taxation /

TDS / GST. etc

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 2,000,000.00 - 2,500,000.00 per year
