Chief Financial Officer

We are in search for Chief Financial Officer by a leading MNC. The position is a part of the Top Management and reports to the Managing Director and India Head. The position is based in Mumbai, India.

The position is responsible leading the Finance and Accounts functions of the company and will manage a large team of professionals.

Responsibilities

• Create and present financial and tax strategy recommendations to the Managing Director
• Support the financial planning and analysis efforts
• Oversee cash flow, cash management, working capital, and company audits
• Prepare financial statements and reports
• Ensure legal compliance on all financial functions
• Manage relationships with banks

The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial strategy, financial planning and analysis, financial reports, company audits, compliance, and bank relationships. Must be a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of experience and about 2-3 years of experience in the role of CFO.
