o Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.
o Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and Board of Directors based on financial analysis and projections

o Act as a strategic business partner to the CEO and other members of the executive team, providing financial insights and advice on key business decisions
. o Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including banks, investors, auditors, and regulatory bodies.
o Participate in board meetings and contribute to the overall corporate governance and strategy formulation
