Responsibilities
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability goals
- Manage the finance team and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
- Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes to optimize financial performance
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to senior management to support decision-making
- Monitor and manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risk
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and reporting requirements
- Collaborate with other senior executives to develop and execute overall business strategy
- Drive process improvements and efficiencies in financial operations
Qualifications
- Master degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CA preferred
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
- Strong knowledge of financial management principles and practices
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven track record of driving financial performance and strategic decision-making
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
