As finance Advisor the incumbent need to monitor and control finances, manage its ongoing impact on company operations, helping us to analyse, strategize, and grow our financial position.
A keen on a strategist who is Experienced to,
Manage accounting practices, regulatory issues, and tax planning
Monitor business performance, establish corrective measures as needed.
Working knowledge of how to raise capital outside traditional lines of credit
Oversee financial systems, ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory entities
Experience with SaaS business models and their associated revenue recognition
Software industry finance experience
Experience in mergers and acquisitions and investor relations
