Head - Sales Development, the candidate will be responsible for driving entire B2B SALES in the country.
Must have strong understanding of garment market and be able to develop the overall market in the country. Hence a strong business acumen role one would need to be playing.
Responsibilities:
- Must be able to handle all leads coming from E-Commerce Platform and have them converted into sales.
- Will be responsible to generate pre-defined business sales
- Handle a team of Inbound & Outbound Sales members
- Making sure that regular meetings are lined up for Outbound sales in a given territory.
- Must have handled at least 2 regions
- Should be leading the team in terms of demonstration of nurturing, handling objections. Ensuring all business partners are productive and the company gets repeat business.
- Develop positive working relationship with partners & team
- Will be responsible in ensuring equal distribution is set up as well establish KreddyBrands in the market.
- Must drive the business as a profit center within other domains.
SKILL:
- In-depth knowledge of how to drive sales through the model of Inbound & Outbound sales.
- Must have experience in selling of garments / apparels through ecommerce platform.
- Should have strong knowledge of distribution business as well.
- Should have handled a business more than 50-100 crore in the past
- Must be strong in understanding numbers and MIS a must.
- Will be required to travel as & when needed.
- Good communication skills both verbal & written
