Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Engineer to join our team at Solaris Hotel Indore. As the Chief Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and operation of our hotel's facilities and equipment. This includes ensuring the efficient operation of all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, as well as managing the engineering staff. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in hotel engineering, strong leadership skills, and the ability to effectively manage projects and budgets.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in hotel engineering
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Excellent leadership and management skills
• Ability to effectively manage projects and budgets
• Familiarity with safety regulations and standards
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee the maintenance and operation of all hotel facilities and equipment
• Ensure the efficient operation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Manage and supervise the engineering staff, providing guidance and support
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs
• Coordinate and supervise all repair and maintenance activities
• Manage capital projects, including budgeting and scheduling
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of maintenance activities
• Collaborate with other departments to support the overall success of the hotel
