Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Engineer at LIASE Group located in Tamil Nadu, India. Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and leading engineering projects related to motor bikes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, developing technical strategies, and ensuring the successful delivery of engineering solutions. This role involves hands-on project management, technical leadership, and continuous innovation to drive the company's engineering initiatives forward. An engineer who can innovate human -bike experience on Indian Roads

Qualifications

• Passionate Biker who loves bikes, Involved in Rider clubs and explored Indian Roads riding
• Strong leadership and project management skills
• Experience in developing technical strategies and leading cross-functional teams
• Expertise in Motor Bike Manufacturing, EV or Conventional
• Knowledge of engineering processes and methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or related field
• Experience with executive search or talent placement is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
