Inviting applications for Chief Construction and Monitoring Planning Expert for our ongoing General Consultant MUMBAI METRO RAIL PROJECT for Mumbai Metro Line 5 (Thane-Bhiwandi-Kalyan) & Line 9 (Andheri (E) to CSIA and Dahisar (E) to Mira Bhayandar) of MMRDA (in Dindoshi location.)
Responsibilities:
- Chief Construction, Planning and Monitoring Expert will assist Project Director/ Deputy Project Directors in preparation of Proficient Master Schedules using Digital Platform.
- Reviewing the construction sequencing and commissioning elements with respect to the key dates required for each element of works, particularly if further approval for construction phases is required from authorities.
- Liaison with contractors, CLIENT regarding programming of the construction & commissioning works.
- Monitors changes in construction phases and sequencing and produces regular program updates for the CLIENT.
- Checking that any changes are accounted for new program revisions including the commissioning phase at the completion of the construction phase.
Minimum Qualification:
- Engineering Graduate
- Overall Experience should be 25 years and minimum 5 years of experience in Metro projects.
Key Qualities and soft skills:
- Hands on Primavera, MS Project and StaadPro.
- Can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Must be able to learn, understand, and apply new technologies
- Work experience in both an independent and team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential.
- Strong team player and effective team leader.
- Strong interpersonal skills are a must.
