Job Title: Head of Architecture Department

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in architectural design, with a robust portfolio that includes Smart City projects, residential and commercial buildings, hospitals, and public infrastructure. This role demands a creative architectural vision combined with practical project execution, ensuring excellence in design, sustainability, and functionality.
Lead and manage a team of approximately 10 architects, ensuring end-to-end delivery of multiple projects across India, adhering to contract terms and conditions.- Ensure timely billing and payments, control expenditures to meet division profitability targets.
Provide strategic direction and leadership to the Architecture Department.
- Oversee a team of architects, designers, and project managers, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality output.
Lead and manage large-scale government projects from conceptual design to completion.- Ensure all designs comply with relevant regulations, standards, and codes.
Specialize in master planning, urban design, and architectural design services.
- Lead projects across various sectors, including Smart City projects, residential and commercial buildings, and hospitals.
Prepare architectural presentations, renderings, and 3D models.- Supervise the drafting of structural drawings, construction specifications, and project schedules.
Drive business development initiatives for the department.
- Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Proficient in architectural software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop, and basic Revit.
Skilled in submission drawings, completion drawings, working drawings, detailing, MEP drawings, and site supervision.- Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent design and planning capabilities.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
