Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Chief Academic Officer (Finance Certifications) at Equalifi. As the Chief Academic Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of our education and certification programs in the finance sector. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality programs that meet the needs of finance professionals. This is an on-site role located in Mumbai.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in curriculum development and instructional design for finance-related courses
• Strong knowledge of finance industry standards and regulations
• Excellent leadership and management skills
• Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Experience in managing certification programs is a plus
• Advanced degree in finance, education, or a related field
