Educational Background: B.Tech or Master's degree in Chemistry or Studies which are specialised in Chemistry.( IIT,NIT,Central Universities are highly preferred)
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of teaching experience, with a significant portion focused on IIT-JEE preparation. Experience in coaching students for other competitive exams is a plus.
Skills:
Strong command of Chemistry concepts and their application in competitive exams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and relatable manner.
Proficiency in using modern teaching aids and online platforms for effective delivery of content.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior teaching experience at a reputable coaching institute or educational institution.
Familiarity with the latest IIT-JEE exam patterns, question formats, and preparation strategies.
