Field Service: Provide on-site installation, validation, and commissioning of instruments. Perform hands-on on-site troubleshooting, service, and repairs.
Customer Support: Provide high-level technical support to external customers at their location. Interface with cross-functional work teams such as field applications, customer support/services, product management, manufacturing, and marketing/sales.
Sales: Develop and grow the companysales in the assigned territory. Maintain relationships with all customers for future sales.
Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of the companyproducts and services. Provide training and support to the customers.
Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair, and service technical equipment.
Ability to work flexible shifts and adapt to changing work schedules.
Familiarity with mobile tools and applications.
Experience:
Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Graduate or Diploma in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering.
