Location: Mumbai Role Purpose:
o To assist the sales lead in promoting and selling products / solutions to the
o To engage with potential clients, understand their needs and requirements, and recommend
suitable products / solutions to meet their end needs
o Driving Sales though effective support
To identify and approach new leads and prospects in the industry with the objective of
expanding the business in the identified locations
To collaborate with the sales team to support and implement the effective sales strategies to
deliver success
To negotiate and close sales deals with the identified customers within the given timeline
Responsible to achieve the sales target set by the organization for the allotted customer /
location
To follow up with customer payments as per the agreement terms
To report on the progress of sales vs the sales plans on a weekly / monthly basis
To stay updated on the industry trends, market developments and competitor activities and
provide insights to the organization on periodic basis to enable enhancement in the products
/ solutions offered
o Support and Nurture Customer and provide an enriching Customer Service Experience
To provide support to the customer and nurture the relationship while working to provide a
positive customer experience that will ensure long term relations to meet their requirements.
To ensure a strong line of communication with the customer along with communicating the
USPs of the Company at large, with a credible proactive delivery
To work closely with the teams in the organization and ensure the customer commitments are
well delivered.
To ensure the process of sharing customer feedback with the organization is done efficiently
for the management to be able to take corrective actions.

o The individual in this role will have access to information that will be confidential and sensitive.
Being able to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion is essential for success in this role.
Ensure that confidentially and privacy is maintained at all times
o Strong co-ordination with technical team for new product development and approvals.
o Diligent tracking of all activities to ensure no areas are missed out. Regular review of the trackers.
