Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  1. Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand our Salesforce and custom software client base.
  2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
  3. Sales Strategies: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, with a focus on consultative selling.
  4. Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline, tracking and reporting on progress, and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  5. Target Achievement: Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.
  6. Team Management: Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  7. Digital Marketing: Drive digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing, to generate leads and increase brand visibility.
  8. Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives to enhance brand presence and market share in Salesforce and custom software development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum of 8 years+ of progressive Salesforce, marketing and sales experience in the IT industry (Must have Salesforce).
  • Proven track record of successful marketing strategies, lead generation, and achieving sales targets.
  • Specialization in Salesforce, Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives to enhance brand presence and market share in Salesforce, serviceNow and custom software development.and custom software solutions is highly desirable.
  • Strong digital marketing expertise and familiarity with emerging trends and technologies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
