Attractive and above market standard salaries (fixed) for the chefs, categorised as: -
- i) Permanent Chefs- 20k (p.m) Fixed Package

- ii) Attractive variable incentives on the basis of performance, retention, mannerisms and overtime which can increase the salary package up to 25-30k p.m
Workings Hours- 2-3 hours shifts thrice daily categorised as breakfast (morning shift), lunch (afternoon shift) and dinner (evening shift)
Number of servicing customers- We expect and want our chefs to service 12-14 people daily to justify their fixed salary, if they want to earn and work more, the incentive model will apply when they have crossed this threshold.
Incentive Model- We have a very lucrative incentive model which propels our chefs to have significant earning over their fixed salary. The incentive is 1000/- Rs per person. So, for example if he decides to work 16 (3-time meal) customers,
So he's working 4 customers more than the expected threshold, so for 12 people if he had an fixed salary of 20K, 4 additional customers will propel his salary package to 24k.
Other incentive models also include additional pay on the basis of performance, retention and mannerisms.
Cuisine Requirements- Specialized in Indian but handy in Chinese, Continental and South Indian as well, able enough to do the basic part.
